After 14 months on the road and more than 70 performances, Sabrina Carpenter officially wrapped her Short n’ Sweet Tour earlier this week with a six night run at Los Angeles’ Crypto dot com Arena. On Friday, the singer said her last goodbye to the long journey through a set of social media posts looking back on what she called the “lightning in a bottle” tour.
“This show truly was everything I imagined creating when I was younger,” Carpenter wrote about the experience. “This mixed with a full house that turned into a home onstage, along with working every day beside the kindest, most skilled, and hardest working people, so much laughter and moments that felt pulled right out of a sitcom, has left me feeling all of the emotions from this ending, and feeling them intensely.”
She added a message for her fans, “You filled every single seat at venues I have dreamed about forever, and you reminded me each night why I love this and how fortunate I am to do it. I honestly believe I will look back on this tour when I am old and gray and wish I could slip into my go go boots just one more time.”
Carpenter also shared her gratitude for her dancers, her band, and the many crew members behind the production, while noting the one point five million dollars the Short n’ Sweet Tour brought in for non profit groups.
“This show simply would not work without my audience. You welcomed me completely, and I am endlessly grateful. I doubt I will ever do another tour where I get to sing on a toilet again. I could not recreate it, and I will never try,” Carpenter said.
“If you came to a show, if you watched and supported us from a distance, or if you only checked in for a quick three second clip, I cannot thank you enough. I love you, and I already miss you.”
On TikTok, Carpenter also playfully highlighted a few things she will miss from the Short n’ Sweet Tour.
The Man’s Best Friend singer will be back onstage in 2026, likely with a completely new production and without the onstage arrests, when she headlines the South American Lollapalooza festivals in Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, as well as taking on the main stage at Coachella in April.
