UPDATE (MAY 20): HSHQ, the official Instagram account connected to Harry Styles and his team, has released a statement through Instagram Stories confirming that changes will be made to the height and structure of the Together, Together tour stage after fans raised visibility concerns online.
The announcement follows criticism from concertgoers attending recent shows in Amsterdam, where several fans complained on social media about obstructed views during the performances. HSHQ acknowledged the feedback publicly and confirmed that modifications are already underway to improve the viewing experience.
“We’ve heard concerns from some fans regarding sightline obstructions on the floor. We want every person in the room to have the best experience possible, and we are actively working on making adjustments to improve visibility, while keeping everyone’s safety a priority,” the statement read.
“Beginning Friday, the front bridges will be altered in Amsterdam and London. For future venues, we are working as quickly as possible to make adjustments that also fit within safety code and local compliance. In the meantime, temporary barricade adjustments have been made to the left and right front GA pits for tonight’s show to improve stage visibility.”
The statement ended by thanking fans for their “patience and understanding” while also referencing lyrics from “Dance No More,” Styles’ latest single, adding: “We love dancing with all our friends.”PREVIOUSLY: Fans attending the opening nights of Together, Together Tour have been voicing frustrations online over blocked views from premium floor sections.
Following the first two concerts at Johan Cruyff Arena on May 16 and 17, videos shared across social media showed some attendees struggling to see the stage because of its height, production equipment, and large scale set design. The clips quickly sparked criticism surrounding Styles’ ambitious staging approach.
In a statement shared with Billboard U.K., a representative for Styles explained that parts of the stage setup are currently “being reviewed carefully” while the production team works on improving visibility before upcoming shows.
“The floor concept was designed to give fans freedom of movement and the ability to experience the show from different positions, rather than being confined to one fixed viewing angle,” the representative explained.
“That open, free flowing floor experience has always been an essential part of Harry’s live shows. A small area of the staging in specific floor positions appears to have had a restricted sightline. Those areas are being reviewed carefully and adjusted where possible in compliance with all safety restrictions.”
The complaints have also sparked wider online discussions surrounding increasing concert ticket prices and what fans now expect from premium live experiences. While many concertgoers praised the elaborate stage production, which features Styles performing across multiple sections during a two hour set, others argued that standing floor tickets should still guarantee clear views regardless of staging choices. Styles himself has not publicly commented on the backlash.
The Together, Together Tour remains one of 2026’s biggest live music launches and will visit seven major global cities throughout the year. Billboard U.K. attended the opening night at Johan Cruyff Arena and described the performance as “a fervent, dizzying two hour trip through Styles’ musical canon,” while also praising the more mature direction of the singer’s stage presence compared to earlier tours.
After completing another eight nights in Amsterdam, Styles will continue the tour in London with a record setting 12 show run at Wembley Stadium before heading to São Paulo, Mexico City, Sydney, and Melbourne for additional stadium dates. Later in the year, the 32 year old artist is also scheduled to perform 30 sold out nights at Madison Square Garden.
The Together, Together tour marks Styles’ first major concert run since releasing his fourth studio album Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally in March, which debuted at No. 1 on both the Billboard 200 and the Official U.K. Albums Chart. The stadium tour follows his massive 169 date Love On Tour, which ran from 2021 through 2023 and cemented the former One Direction member as one of the biggest live performers of the last decade.
