Taylor Swift is full of excitement after seeing the chart success of Opalite.
On Monday, the global pop star shared her reaction on Instagram as she celebrated the track, which appears on her twelfth studio album The Life of a Showgirl, reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
The upbeat song Opalite follows the lead single The Fate of Ophelia in taking over the chart, and it becomes her 14th song to hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
"Sharing a few Opalite moments to celebrate the Hot 100 number one you all helped this song achieve!!" she wrote alongside a series of behind the scenes clips from the studio, where she worked on Opalite with producers Max Martin and Shellback, along with footage from filming the music video. "I can’t even put into words how excited I am and I’m so overwhelmed by the love you’ve given this song and video."
Taylor also pointed out that this is the first time she has earned two Billboard Hot 100 number ones from the same project since releasing the album 1989 in 2014, which was more than a decade ago.
"I know that sounds like a lot of stats but to me it just means I’m incredibly grateful to the fans who made this possible by embracing this song the way you have. I am seriously bouncing off the walls right now!!" the 36 year old added.
To wrap things up, Taylor once again thanked her supporters.
"I just want to say THANK YOU, I might go grab a giant pretzel at the mall to celebrate, iykyk if you know you know," she said, referencing a moment from the Opalite video.
Filmed on traditional film, the music video follows Taylor and actor Domhnall Gleeson as two lonely people who find each other after using an Opalite potion.
The video also includes appearances from Greta Lee, Jodie Turner Smith, Lewis Capaldi, and Graham Norton, along with a cameo from Cillian Murphy, with all of them having previously appeared on an episode of The Graham Norton Show last October.
