First of all, mention of the massive hit "Kiss the Rain", and you're immediately transported to the scene of an angry Billie Myers lying on a bed with a window stained with rain drops and who could forget that catchy chorus? Since the success of the album "Growing Pains", Myers has been on a rollercoaster ride of a journey through all sides of the music industry.
Ironically, meeting Billie the rain was definitely kissing the window pane of her London Hotel room. Over from LA and Miami, where she splits her time, we spent the afternoon chatting about everything that makes her music. The beautiful and exposing single "Wonderful" is her first release from the new album "Tea and Sympathy". Eloquent, fun and with her heart on her sleeve Billie says the album is about breakups, love and everything in-between.
Myers has been busy over the last ten years - not only is she putting out her new album on her label Fruit Loops, she is also voicing a cartoon with Mark Hamill.
